Megan Wittman
Owner/Operator/Head Instructor
Megan is a 200 hour RYT with extra credentials in prenatal yoga. While Megan values all the different types of yoga, her favorite is vinyasa. She also takes special interest in creating unique event experiences for the community to enjoy, or crafting the perfect moment for a private group.
Yoga is both Megan’s art and her method of healing herself and others. She loves to be creative with her flow sequencing, and feels that yoga has strengthened her connection to the world around her. She enjoys helping her students feel better about themselves both physically and mentally.

Marsha Posset
Instructor
Marsha is a 100 hour RYT with an appreciation for a slower practice. You can find her at the studio on Tuesday nights leading the restorative yoga class. She is passionate about helping students find peaceful relaxation through restorative yoga.
While teaching yoga is Marsha’s second job, you will never catch her putting it on the back burner - she is basically “#yogagoals” with a mini practice sanctuary inside of her home.

Amy Portenlanger
Instructor
Amy has been practicing yoga for more than ten years, originally coming to it as a way to alleviate chronic back pain. Digging deeper into that practice led her to discover the teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh through his book Peace is Every Breath, which inspired her to deepen her mindfulness. This journey continues to help her find healing for body, mind, and relationships.
In 2023 Amy completed her 200 hr teacher training with yoga innovator, Brett Larkin. Since then, she has been drawn to teaching at local yoga studios that promote a welcoming and inclusive environment.
In her classes you can expect plenty of time to find each pose, lots of prop usage, and prioritizing length in the spine to breathe deeply. Her hope is to help students find more awareness of body and mind, both on and off the mat. -
Traci Churrilla
Instructor
Traci has been a Steel Valley school teacher for many years, and is now excited to start introducing the youth in our community to the benefits of yoga!
Now adding 200 hour yoga instructor to her teaching credentials, Traci enjoys a vinyasa practice, but can still offer a relaxing experience when needed with some added good vibes from her reiki training.
