Class Descriptions
Beginners Class
Learn the basics and unlock your potential! In this class we break down the most common poses for new students to learn proper alignment and the terminology that goes along with it. You’ll be flexible and flowing before you know it! | 1hr
Relax and Restore
A restorative class for all levels featuring guided stretching and slow transitions into comfortable poses. Great for those recovering from injuries or looking replace stress with deep relaxation. | 1hr
Chair Yoga
All the benefits of yoga with the support of a chair! This class creates a safe option for anyone looking to introduce mobility without worrying about balance or taking your practice all the way down to a mat on the floor. | 1hr
Lotus Flow
A slow vinyasa flow inspired by the lotus flower - peaceful and gentle, yet empowered and divine. Considered an “all levels” class, your instructor will cue poses that start out basic, but can be advanced further if you prefer. The beginner will never feel lost, the advanced yogi will never feel unsatisfied. | 1 hr
Power Hour
An active class that will get your blood pumping while building strength and increasing flexibility! Best fit for experienced students due to the fast pace of the sequence. | 1 hr
Kundalini
Kundalini is a form of yoga that pulls much more than asana (poses) into your practice. This ancient modality focuses on awaking your Kundalini energy, or Shakti, that is believed to be located at the base of your spine. Through movement, breathwork, mantra, and more, you will feel a connection to this energy and learn how to utilize it. | 1 hr
Prenatal Yoga
Prenatal Yoga offers physical, mental, and emotional support to the pregnant person. Classes accommodate all levels, from providing safe modifications to the seasoned yogi to welcoming those who have never practiced, but now need the benefits of yoga to help during pregnancy. These sessions will help you relieve common aches and pains, reduce stress, and prepare you for birth by connecting breath to movement. | 1 hr
Mommy & Me
Create a fun routine for you and your little one(s) with Mommy and Me yoga class! During this 35 minute sequence, we focus on poses that are fun for the kids and a good stretch for mom. Don't let the name fool you, any parent/guardian is welcome!
The last thing we want is a stressed out parent, or a parent that is afraid to even try the class, because their kid won’t stay quiet or focused the whole time. Please come as you are and allow for both yourself and your child to let loose and have fun. There is no expectation on our end (or from fellow parents) for silence or focus! | 35 min
